Course Overview

This certification equips adults with the core competencies needed to coach youth and adult athletes across various sports. Through structured modules, participants gain theoretical knowledge, practical skills, and hands-on experience essential for modern sports coaching.

Duration: 12 Weeks | Format: Evenings, 3x/week | Level: Foundational

    • Recovery strategies and load management

    • How to develop safe, age-appropriate fitness programs

    • Core exercises and training cycles for athletic performance

    • Pre/post-training meal timing

    • Hydration strategies and supplements

    • How to guide athletes on optimizing energy, endurance, and recovery

    • Create basic meal plans tailored to training loads

    • Goal setting & visualization

    • Managing nerves and competition pressure

    • Techniques to build mental toughness and resilience

    • Final coaching session demo (with mentor review)

    • Written reflection + program planning submission

    • CPR/First Aid certification (optional add-on)

    Award:
